Hi, I’m Jose and I’m the Facility Manager at Bankside Student Living. I was hoping you could provide me with a quote for the job I’ve described below.

Scope of Works:‐
• Following our recent site visit, we are pleased to submit our quotation to repl*** fan motors serving a fan coil unit (FCU) at the above site address.
• Upon attendance (24_0178) to further investigate a faulty FCU, we conversed with the manufacturer (Mitsubishi) and ascertained that either the fan motors or compressor (or both) have failed. We recommend the fan motors be replaced in the first instance. If this does not resolve the issue, a quotation for the replacement of the compressor will be provided.
To isolate supplies to the FCU and recover refrigerant if necessary.
• To remove & dispose of the existing failed fan motors in accordance with WEEE regulations.
• To supply & insta*** new replacement Mitsubishi FCU fan motors.
• To reinstate supplies, recharge with virgin refrigerant as necessary and test the new motors to ensure correct functioning.
• To further check the unit for correct operation, and provide quotations for any further recommended remedials, such as compressor replacement.
• To provide recommendations for any required remedial works or ongoing maintenance.
