Large kitchen (two rooms joined by large opening 2.3m x 1.8m) – one 4.3m x 4.3m x 2.3m (old kitchen), one 3.3 mx 3.3m x 3.3m (garden room). Seeking ~ 5kW heat pump/winter heater with a CoP >4 that can cool in Summer if needed. There is only one place it can go, and behind that wall is a 1.1m gap to the neighbours. There is a 13A socket there, but if an extra spur is needed the electricity unit is close to the same wall about 6m down the gap between the houses, so I anticipate a cable could easily be run externally.
