Bexleyheath is an area in south east London, in the London Borough of Bexley. It is between Belvedere and Bexley, and to the west of Dartford. Bexleyheath has a theatre, cinema, library, bowling alley and bingo hall. There are four secondary schools in the area and numerous churches and other places of worship. A notable nearby landmark is Red House, a former home of the designer William Morris. This was bought by the National Trust and is open to the public. It contains designs by William Morris and a variety of art work. Bexleyheath has many famous past and present residents. These include the singer Kate Bush, the television chef Delia Smith and the footballer Jimmy Bullard.
