Dear sir or Madam

We are looking for air conditioning/heating in three rooms in a semidetached house. Our only stipulation is the units must be of the heat pump type, above A rated power and are of the Dalkin/Mitsubishi manufacturer.

Second Bedroom is a south facing room on the first level, (length 10ft 7in by with 10ft by 2in and ceiling height ***). The area has one double glazed window, (approx. 6ft ***). The room is a warm room and gets hot in the summer. The indoor unit to be wall hung, (one outside walls available), and of a slim type, if possible. Piping approx. 7metre from indoor unit to outside unit.

The front and dining room are on the ground floor with one outside wall available. We are thinking of a split unit, with individual control for both rooms. The room sizes are as follows: –

Front room, 15ft by 13ft 3in, ceiling height ***. two windows double glazed, north faci*** 8in by 3 ft.
Dining area 13ft by 10ft 7in. ceiling height of 8 ft no widows.

Pipe runs are approx. 19m for the front room and 15m for the Dining room.

Drains to be run to the conservatory guttering, where the water will be recycled.
If you wish to visit the premises, please could you give us an estimate for equipment and installation.

Please could I have an indication of lead time for both equipment and installation.
