need a ist floor bedroom split air conditioner. room size is 20m2. there is an external balcony off the bedroom so the outside unit can go there and the inside unit can be placed over the door to minimise tubing and cable lengths. there is a double gang socket on the inside wall adjacent to the door so wires can be feed outside directly.
