Work description: Hi, we are looking for a trusted air conditioning company to supply and install an air conditioning system at a new commercial premises (currently being renovated). We think we would like wall mounted systems (heating and cooling) in three rooms (see below). All three rooms are glass fronted (all east facing) and are of the following dimensions.

Room 1 – 12.8 m sq.
Room 2 – 10.2 m sq.
Room 3 – 19.15 m sq

In addition to the above rooms there is also a large corridor (5.3 m sq); an acoustic/sound dampened room (3.5 m sq) and a kitchenette and toilet area (2.6 m sq). We don’t think we will need units in the last sets of rooms and the corridor, but we would like a rep from the chosen company(s) to have a look to verify. External condenser (is that right) can be installed on the roof of the property which is mostly flat. We would also require a warranty on the product purchased. We plan on opening for business in June so the unit would need to be installed by early June at the very latest.
