air conditioning to 3 rooms in a semi-detached property.
1. downstairs open plan living and dining room. total area 7.42m x 6.67m. room at rear of property with ability to affix unit to either internal wall, external wall (facing garden) or shared wall. 2. bedroom at rear of property measuring 3.66×3.63. bedroom is on the shared wall with the only external wall being the one that overlooks the garden with a double window currently in place.
3. front master bedroom measuring 3.96×3.64. again, bedroom is on the shared wall between the two properties and the only external wall is the one looking out onto the road at the front of the property but most of this wall is taken up with a bay window.
the property floor plan can be found on rightmove if this is helpful (i am unable to attach). i would like the most energy efficient units and to receive quotes for all three rooms, as well as a quote for just the living room/ kitchen please. thank you.
