Dear Sirs, I am seeking a wall mounted air conditioning unit for my lounge – diner at home. The area is 25 – 27 square metres. (15000 btu). Can you please advise on the following: 1. Fully installed price, including VAT. 2. How long is your warranty – Labour and parts? 3. Are you able to install the unit by mid May? 4. Cost of annual service. 5. Do the Louvre vents move up & down and also sideways? 6. Envisaged running cost per month at roughly 20C setting from May to August (per each of these 4 months, afternoon and early evening usage).

i’m looking to replace my existing ac unit as it’s very old and no longer works.
i’m looking for a like for like which can be fitted to the original brackets in the same location. it’s is a fully flat 600×600 cassette with the outdoor unit 3 meters away through the exterior wall where there is a flat roof. i will require a cage for the outside unit.
the total area in the room to be heated is 32 sq meters. the property is in grantham. can you give me a quote to supply and fit suitable units please. i’ve been told that the british made daikin is a reliable system and would appreciate your advice on this. are you the property owner: owner of the property
